Boarding

*Embarkation takes place at 18.00. It is possible to stow your luggage on board before this time should your flights arrive earlier. The "Sir Robert" is usually located near charming cafés, bars und shops so that any delay can be bridged pleasantly.
*Routes and the routine of the day will be repeated after boarding.

Catering/Service

*An international breakfast is customarily served. There is a light lunch with fresh salads. Dinner is a three-course meal. All meals are served with drinks. Coffee and tea are available free of charge twice a day (mornings & afternoons).
*Whenever there is an excursion, no lunch will be served on board. There is no dinner on board on the 7th and the 14th evening of a two-week cruise.
*Drinks outside mealtimes can be taken from the guests’ fridge. These and drinks from the bar are payable by cash at the weekends.
*The cabins are checked every day and the hand towels are changed twice a day – more often on request.
*In addition to the hand towels, large towels are available for use on deck or on the beach.

Clothing/Travel Equipment

*Hairdryers, razors, and other electrical items are not carried on board. Naturally you may bring such articles with you. (220 Volt).
*As the temperatures at our travel destinations are usually between 25 and 30 degrees celsius, we recommend light summer clothing (T-shirts, shorts, swimwear).
*Besides the pharmacy on board, there are bandages, medication to counter seasickness and general illnesses (aspirin etc.).
*Diving tanks, and compressors as well as weights and equipment can be hired for a fee.

Miscellaneous/ payment arrangements

*Transfers from airplane to boat/ hotel with local companies can be arranged on request. These transfers are not included in the cost of travel and can vary according to location and season.
*The excursions (length 2 – 5 hours) are discussed with the guests individually and are paid for in cash.
*The satellite telephone and fax is at our guests’ disposal; 1 minute costs approximately 4 EURO. It is cheaper to make any calls on location (telephone card). In addition it is becoming easier to have a mobile phone connection.
*Accounts are settled in cash at the end of the cruise. We only accept Euros and in the Caribbean, US dollars. We do not accept checks or credit cards.
*Unexpected taxes and fees on the islands are not included in the cost of the trip.
